The Rea Clematis Pro additionally provides 30° of backrest recline, enhancing comfort by opening the hip angle. Used alongside the seat tilt, it aids in stabilising posture for better positioning. Engineered with high pivot points at the pelvis and knee joints, it aligns the wheelchair’s movements with the body’s natural pivot points, ensuring unified motion. This approach minimises shearing and reduces body compression, leading to improved posture. Crucially, the headrest and trunk support maintain their height, regardless of the backrest angle, preserving consistent comfort.
